We aim to reply within a few days. If you are reporting something that is wrong on the site, please include the page it is on and, where you can, where you saw the correct information — a park sign, a receipt, the official page. That lets us verify and fix it the same day rather than adding it to a queue.
Especially useful to hear
- Something we got wrong — a fee, an opening hour, a closure, a rule that has changed. Tell us the page and we will check it.
- How a spring looked recently — clarity after rain, how early it filled, whether the gate closed. This is the information official sources never publish.
- A spring we have not covered — tell us why it deserves a page.
- Your photographs — if you would like one featured, with credit and a link back to you.
- Outfitters, dive shops, and campgrounds — if you run one near a spring and something we have published about you is out of date, we want to correct it.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent guide, not a park or a booking service. We cannot take reservations, issue refunds, check you in, confirm whether a specific park is open today, or contact a park on your behalf. For any of those, go to the park or operator directly — every spring guide on this site links to the official source at the top of the page.
